6. Obeys the laws of his/her community and nation.
7. Votes regularly and intelligently at election times.
8. Is interested in the freedom and welfare of all the world's people and does his/her part to secure them.
9. Is productive, renders a worthwhile service to his or her fellow humans.
10. Sets good example to the youths of his community.
Above all, a good citizen is someone who applies the four way test in all his/her daily activities.

PURPOSE AND GOALS
PURPOSE:
The purpose of Rotaract is to provide an opportunity for young men and women and enhance the knowledge and skills that will assist them in personal development.

To address the physical and social needs of their communities and to promote better relationships between all people worldwide through a framework of friendship and service.
GOALS:
1. To develop professional and leadership skills.
2. To emphasize respect for the rights of others, and to promote ethical standards and dignity of all useful occupations.
3. To provide opportunities for young people to address the needs and
concerns of their communities and our world.
4. To work in cooperation with sponsoring Rotary Clubs.
5. To motivate young people for eventual membership in Rotary.
THE FOUR WAY TEST
The four way test of the things we dthink say ofr do can be applied profitably in relation with others in the home, community, business, national and international life; particularly to proposed plans, policies, statements and advertising in business and the professions, to proposed legislation in government, to relation between teachers and students in the schools:
1: IS IT THE TRUTH?
2: IS IT FAIR TO ALL CONCERNED?
3: WILL IT BUILD GOODWILL AND BETTER FRIENDSHIP?
4: WILL IT BE BENEFICIAL TO ALL CONCERNED?
